Methuselah is the name the 4,847-year-old Great Basin bristlecone pine (Pinus longaeva) tree growing high in the White Mountains of Inyo County in eastern California. The actual tree has not been disclosed to the public. This is my interpretation of Methuselah based on similar trees growing in that area.

Each 100 days that Methuselah has lived are represented by one brush stroke.
